Pickup is near Playa Vista, CA. Orders under $150 are pickup only. For orders of $150 or more, delivery is available within a 20-mile radius of our pickup location. Delivery beyond 20 miles is subject to a delivery fee.

Email treatsbyshivy@gmail.com with your quantities, date, and delivery area to arrange a larger order or delivery. We’ll confirm eligibility, any delivery fee, timing, and the final total before payment.

Requests are subject to availability and are not secured until the required deposit is received within the stated deadline. Nothing in this notice excludes or limits liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

The minimum order is 4 cookies for $12. You can also request 6 for $18 or 12 for $36. Single cookies are not available.

4-cookie boxes contain one flavor. For a 6-cookie box, choose up to 2 flavors with a minimum of 3 cookies per selected flavor. For a 12-cookie box, choose up to 3 flavors with a minimum of 4 cookies per selected flavor. You can also choose a single flavor for any box size.

At least 48 hours’ notice is required before pickup. All requests are subject to availability, and we confirm the exact pickup time and details personally.

First, send your order request. Once we confirm that we can fulfill it, a 50% deposit must be received via Venmo within 24 hours. Your order is secured only after that deposit is received.

If the deposit is not received within that 24-hour window, your request expires. No order is secured, reserved, or scheduled.

The deposit is 50% of your confirmed order total and must be paid via Venmo. For the listed box prices, that’s $6 for 4 cookies, $9 for 6 cookies, or $18 for 12 cookies. Your exact total, deposit amount, payment details, and deadline will be shared when we confirm we can fulfill your request.

Deposits are accepted via Venmo only. The remaining balance can be paid by Venmo or cash. We’ll share our Venmo details once we confirm we can fulfill your order. We’ll arrange payment details directly when we confirm availability. This website accepts order requests and does not collect payments.

Yes! Our Eggless Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk cookie is made with flaxseed instead of eggs. It still contains milk products and wheat (gluten). Cross-contact with eggs and other allergens may occur.

All cookies contain milk products and wheat (gluten). Our regular Brown Butter Chocolate Chunk and Funfetti White Chocolate cookies also contain eggs.
